Please email service@tekhut.com or call our customer service department at 925-606-6586 to discuss your return options and/or to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

All returns require a RMA Number and must be shipped fully insured with freight prepaid by the buyer. The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping container. An RMA Number cannot be requested more than 30 days after receipt of your order. Returns without an RMA Number or without a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted.

Returned items must be complete and in the original packing material with all manuals included. Items returned in used or altered condition will not be accepted. Returned merchandise is accepted for our inspection and does not constitute settlement of a claim. Request to return defective merchandise must indicate the specific nature of the defect for EACH item you wish to return. Defective items will be replaced ONLY with the same item.

No refunds will be made on Special Orders or Custom Orders (opened or unopened).

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Shipping charges and Deposits are non-refundable. In addition, a minimum fee of $10 will be charged on each returned Order for the initial shipping and handling charges.

All Dead On Arrival (DOA) products must be reported no later than 3 business days from the delivery date. All returns on DOA will ship UPS Ground only, regardless of how the items were originally shipped.

Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund and possible refusal of your return.

"Return to Sender Packages" or "Refused Packages" are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Also a minimum fee of $10 will be charged on each returned order for the initial shipping and handling charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order BEFORE SHIPMENT, you will be required to "Cancel" via email. A 3% credit card processing fee may be charged to your credit card. If your order has been SHIPPED before receipt of your "Cancellation email", you will be required to refuse delivery of your shipment. A 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be charged to your account.
