All shipping from TekHut is provided via UPS.

Specific UPS services available depending on the shipping destination. The list of services and associated costs are displayed during checkout based on the destination address you provide.

NOTE: For destinations outside the United States, additional import fees and/or tariffs may be required. Contact authorities in the destination country for details.

Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Orders placed by 11 AM Pacific Time (weekends and holidays excluded) will be shipped the same day subject to credit approval and product availability. All approved UPS Ground orders will ship within 24-48 working hours.

UPS does not deliver to post office boxes, so a physical address is required when placing your order. Depending on location, Ground orders typically take between 1 and 7 business days to arrive. If you desire faster delivery, Overnight, Two, or Three Day Delivery may be available. You choose the level of service during checkout. Of course the cost for expedited service may be more expensive than regular UPS Ground.

Shipping and handling fees (S&H) for all orders are based on the weight and destination of the package and include TekHut's handling charge (order processing, shipping materials, packing labor and shipping insurance). Shipping and Handling costs are automatically calculated for you during checkout. If for some reason the cost cannot be calculated, we will contact you via email to confirm your order including shipping costs.

UPS Ground delivery is only available to the lower 48 states. Any orders placed for Hawaii or Alaska delivery using UPS Ground shipping will be cancelled.

TekHut cannot ship to any APO/FPO/PO Box address without prior approval, email us before placing your order.

TekHut will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from shipping.

DAMAGES
Any loss or damage IN TRANSIT must be reported by you, the receiver, to the carrier immediately upon receipt of goods and a claim filed by you, the receiver.
